  • Dr. Aniruddha Rajput (UN International Law Commission) will speak on ‘Actions (and inactions) of the UN Security Council; Issues of state responsibility (e.g., the possibility of making states accountable for the spread of infectious diseases)’.
  • Dr. Eliana Cusato (University of Essex, London) will speak on ‘The problems of using war metaphor; Socio-economic rights; and structural violence of the pandemic’. 
  • Dr. Prabhash Ranjan (South Asian University, New Delhi) will speak on ‘Disruption in global supply chains; Changes in the dispute resolution systems (WTO & ISDS)’
