If you are a pre-university student and your answer to any of the questions above is a ‘yes’, then here is a webinar that might interest you.
We all understand how vital a teacher’s role is in building our nation. This Teachers’ Day, we at Chinmaya Vishwavidyapeeth (CVV), would like to interact with pre-university students who love their teachers and aspire to become one. The faculty of education at CVV, is organising a webinar titled ‘Be a Teacher: Roads to a Great Teaching Career’ on the occasion of Teachers’ Day, on 5 September 2020. This webinar intends to expose pre-university students in general, and aspiring teachers in particular, to various aspects of one’s preparedness to become a teacher in terms of attitude and aptitude towards teaching.
The New Education Policy (NEP) 2020 with the vision of preparing highly dedicated teachers, is set to start mainstream teacher education right after school education. Hence, students must understand and develop the right attitude towards teaching. This webinar aims to provide pre-university and higher secondary students insight into the soul and functioning of a teacher. We also welcome parents of pre-university students.
